Georg Olschewski (2 June 1911, Horstmar, Westphalia – 29 September 1996, Immenstaad) was a German chief engineer on a U-boat in World War II and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross ((ドイツ語:Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes)).
